特にBlackBerryの設定に限りませんが、iCloud Mailの設定を行う際に二段階認証を設定している場合には若干の手順追加が必要です。あらかじめappleid.apple.comで App用パスワードを取得してください。

設定の順番をメモしておきます。(言語設定を英語にしています)

• Settings > Accounts
• Add Account > Advanced
• IMAP をクリック
  • Description: “iCloud” など。BlackBerry上の表示なので何でも大丈夫
  • Display Name: 名前 (メールアドレスの横に表示される名前。私はローマ字フルネーム)
  • Username: iCloudのユーザ名 (@mac.com/@me.com/@icloud.comの@前のみ)
  • Password: App用パスワード (appleid.apple.comで取得)
  • Email Address: メールアドレス (ここは @mac.com/@me.com/@icloud.com でOK)
  • Password: App用パスワード (上記と同じもの)
  • IMAP Server Address: imap.mail.me.com
  • Port: 993
  • Encryption: SSL
  • SMTP User Name: iCloudのユーザ名 (@mac.com/@me.com/@icloud.comの@前のみ)
  • SMTP Server Address: smtp.mail.me.com
  • Port: 587
  • Encryption: SSL (私はエラーが出たので TLSを選択)
  • Sync Interval 等は好きな設定でOK
• Done をクリック

Calendar/Contactの設定は別途設定が必要ですが、同じApp用パスワードが使えます。
